Please arrive 10mins prior to appointment time to fill out appointment card. We regret that late arrivals will receive condensed treatment time. If you wish to cancel an appointment please give 24 hours notice or your guest room account or credit card will be charged.

Under 18 - no problems, please request a therapist with Blue card.(This is limited) All minors must be accompanied by a guardian.

VALUABLES

Jewellery will need to be removed during your treatment, so why not leave it at home? Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of valuables or money brought onto the premises.

If you have any type of medical condition, be sure to mention it when you book your appointment as certain treatments may not be advisable for you.
